Cassie specializes in executive searches for law firm and professional services management nationwide, specifically concentrating on human resources, finance (including financial systems), pricing and legal project management, marketing & business development, and administration. She draws on an extraordinary nationwide network of candidates, ranging from managers to directors to C-level officers to quickly identify and recruit highly-qualified and accomplished candidates.
With successful placements completed for law firms, accounting firms, business consulting firms, professional services firms, and consumer-oriented companies, Cassie is well-versed in evaluating the skills and experience of candidates and matching the right candidates to the right positions. She has placed a significant number of chief and director-level human resources officers, diversity officers, and marketing officers at the nation’s major law firms, along with a great number of managers.
Cassie joined The McCormick Group in 1997, and immediately earned the Corporate Rookie of the Year award in her first year. She has achieved President’s Circle designation numerous times and is a two-time recipient of the prestigious Robert J. Ringer Award for service over and above the call of duty. Before her tenure at the firm, Cassie was a Recruitment Manager at the United States Department of State, where she screened potential recruits for the State Department and consulted with candidates taking the Foreign Service exam. She served as International Games Sports Manager for Special Olympics International and spent ten years as the Assistant Director for the International Military Community Executives Association.
Cassie received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Shepherd University. Her favorite aspect of her job is connecting someone with the right job or opportunity. She loves to travel, particularly to the Caribbean.
