Twenty-one EB attorneys moved firms in August. This total included 13 partners, seven counsels and one attorney.
One group move was reported in August. This group consisted of seven partners who were part of the 47 lawyers who moved from Holland & Knight to Polsinelli. Six of these partners are located in Philadelphia, including the new Office Managing Partner of Polsinelli’s Philadelphia office, John Martini. One partner is located in Chicago. The seven EB partners cover many aspects of EB law including corporate transactional M&A, executive compensation, retirement and health and welfares plans, ESOPs and ERISA litigation.
Lewis Brisbois also hired two EB partners – one in Newark, NJ and one in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

The 21 movers represent several different EB specialties including corporate transactional / exec comp (13), ERISA litigation (3), retirement and health and welfare plan compliance counseling (2), ESOPs (2), and fiduciary responsibilities / Title I (1).
