Six Employee Benefits (EB) attorneys moved firms in November 2024, one fewer than in October 2024. This total included five partners and one counsel.
The six EB attorneys cover many aspects of EB law including M&A / corporate transactional, executive compensation, ERISA litigation, EB compliance and counseling, and EB plan design.
The moves in November included several international law firms. For instance, Victoria Rosamond left White & Case to go to Weil Gotshal and Heather Brookfield departed Goodwin Procter for Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
