Nine Employee Benefits (EB) attorneys moved firms in March, up from seven in February. The total consisted of six partners and three counsels.
The nine attorneys cover many aspects of EB law including due diligence in M&A and other corporate transactions, executive compensation, retirement plans (qualified and non-qualified), health & welfare plans, and associated tax implications.
