TMG Assisting Cohen Milstein in Director of Human Resources Search
The McCormick Group has been retained by Cohen Milstein Sellers & Toll, PLLC to assist in recruiting a Director of Human Resources, who will be responsible for the effective execution of all HR functions within the firm and will oversee the HR team.
The Director of Human Resources will provide strategy and direction to the Firm’s human resources function and related support services, promote an energizing and motivating work environment for all lawyers and staff in the firm and will implement policies and procedures to ensure high quality and cost-effective practice support. The Director will also provide expertise in areas including benefits, staff management, lawyer and staff hiring and recruiting, lawyer and staff talent development, lawyer and staff evaluation and promotion of diversity initiatives.
Cohen Milstein is one of the country’s premier plaintiffs’ class action firms. The firm specializes in groundbreaking and high-stakes litigation focusing on corporate abuse on behalf of affected individuals, whistleblowers, public entities and other institutions. These cases often raise challenging, significant and novel issues. In addition to more than 90 fulltime attorneys in six offices, Cohen Milstein has approximately 82 permanent employees, and between 30-60 contract lawyers and paralegals at any given time.
