Seven Employee Benefits (EB) attorneys moved firms in February, down from eleven in January. The total consisted of four partners and three counsels.
The seven attorneys cover many aspects of EB law including due diligence in M&A and other corporate transactions, executive compensation arrangements, retirement plan and health & welfare plan compliance and counseling, and associated tax, accounting, and securities law implications.
