Three Employee Benefits (EB) attorneys moved firms in December 2024, half the number that moved in November 2024. The December total included two partners and one senior counsel.
The three EB attorneys cover several specialties of EB law including M&A / corporate transactional, executive compensation, and EB compliance and counseling.
Specifically, Aaron Feuer left White & Case LLP for Massumi + Consoli LLP. Aaron is a partner focused on the EB and executive compensation aspects of M&A transactions and general corporate matters. He is located in New York City.
Steven Day departed Calfee, Halter for Jackson Walker. Steven is a partner with extensive experience advising on EB and executive compensation matters connected to M&A and other corporate transactional matters. He is located in Dallas.
Finally, Michelle Bartlett moved from Clark Hill to Miller Canfield in Detroit. Michelle is a senior counsel with extensive expertise in plan design, compliance, regulatory filings, and negotiation of third-party agreements. She also advises on EB issues arising in corporate transactions.
