Seven Employee Benefits (EB) attorneys moved firms in October, as compared to the same number in September 2024. This total included six partners and one counsel.
The seven EB attorneys cover many aspects of EB law including M&A / corporate transactional, executive compensation, EB compliance and counseling, ESOPs, and EB plan design.
