The McCormick Group is pleased to have assisted in the placement of Dr. Lori Berman as Vice President of Learning for Legal Innovators, an end-to-end, talent management solution for law firms and corporate legal departments.

Dr. Berman brings more than 20 years of extensive experience in learning and development within the legal industry, further strengthening the company’s commitment to innovative training and professional development for lawyers.

In her previous role as Director of Professional Development at Hogan Lovells US LLP, Berman led the design and implementation of training and development programs as well as curricula tailored for lawyers at every stage of their careers. Before entering the legal field, Berman honed her expertise in organizational effectiveness and management development as a consultant with the Hay Group, working across various industries. Berman holds a Master’s degree and a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Maryland.

Beyond her work in law firms, Berman serves as a senior fellow at the Georgetown Law Center on Ethics and the Legal Profession. She has also taught leadership and team skills as an adjunct professor at Georgetown Law, influencing both law students and practicing lawyers through executive education programs.
