The McCormick Group is pleased to have assisted in the placement of Terri Pepper Gavulic as Executive Director with TerraLex.
Terri Pepper Gavulic comes to TerraLex from the labor and employment law firm of Fisher & Phillips, where she served as its first-ever Director of Legal Support. In that role Terri managed the firm’s 31 offices, conceived and implemented the firm’s legal project management initiative, led the development of a firm-wide e-discovery program, instituted client feedback and client service programs, and managed all of the firm’s large-scale events. Terri previously served as a consultant for Hildebrandt International, where she focused on areas such as client development, client feedback, merger analysis and integration, and leadership and organizational development. Before that, she led the marketing departments at two Atlanta-based law firms.
