He also places asset and property managers, business development and finance professionals for large and small construction firms engaged in the commercial and residential sectors. Known as an incredibly thorough recruiter, he is able to meet even the toughest deadlines because of his dedication to his clients. Allen is also recognized for his deep knowledge of the marketplace and his positive, “can do” attitude.
Allen has successfully placed professionals in project management positions for both residential and commercial construction firms, accountants for property management and construction companies, vice presidents for builders and contractors, and land development executives for a number of organizations. Allen was named to The McCormick Group’s Chairman’s Club in 2007, and he served as a member of the firm’s advisory committee.
Prior to joining The McCormick Group, Allen spent 20 years in the technology industry in a variety of positions, including Vice President, Sales Manager, and Sales Representative. He also served as Division Sales Manager for a worldwide pharmaceutical manufacturer.
Allen is active in his church and was the Chaplin for his son’s Boy Scout Troop. He also coached youth baseball and basketball teams for his community. Allen received a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Saint Peters College. He was born in Jersey City, NJ, and is the father of four children, three boys and one girl.
