Beyond the C-Suite and key leadership, Deborah recruits cybersecurity executives and outside consultants for leading professional services firms, cybersecurity technology companies and managed security services providers.
Prior to entering the talent management profession, Deborah worked in Telecommunications as a Director of Customer Care & Technical Services. In this role, she was responsible for operational performance, training and development, reporting and analytics for a customer support organization partnering with multiple Fortune 500 telecommunications and web hosting clients.
Deborah is on the Strategic Advisory Board for International Consortium of Minority Cyber Professionals (ICMCP) a 501(c)3 non-profit association dedicated to the academic and professional success of minority cybersecurity students and professionals. She also served several terms on the Board of Women in E-Discovery, and participates in the Information Technology Senior Management Forum (ITSMF).
