The McCormick Group (TMG) has promoted Deborah Page and Elizabeth Humphrey to Vice President to lead a major reorganization of TMG practice groups. Deborah will take responsibility for TMG technology practices, encompassing Digital Innovation, Cybersecurity, and Government Contracting. Elizabeth heads a broad practice group focused on professional services and regulated and tax-exempt organizations that includes Law & Government Affairs, Law Firm Management, Associations and Nonprofits, Human Resources, and Life Sciences and Healthcare. TMG’s remaining practices of Real Estate, Construction & Property Management, and Financial Services will continue to report to Executive Vice President Brian McCormick.
Before joining TMG, Deborah worked for a Fortune 500 Telecommunications company as Director of Customer Experience & Technical Service globally. In this role, she was responsible for operational performance, training and development, and reporting and analytics for a 24/7 customer support organization.
Deborah was recognized in 2021 as a Washington DC Tech Leader by Washingtonian magazine. She is a member of the Information Technology Senior Management Forum, the premier national organization dedicated exclusively to cultivating executive talent among Black technology professionals, and is a former board member of the International Consortium of Minority Cyber Professionals.
Prior to TMG, Elizabeth worked as a political appointee in the Clinton Administration, serving in roles at the Office of Personnel Management and the Department of Defense as well as one in the White House.
Elizabeth is a member of Leadership Greater Washington and a former Co-Chair of the Human Resource Leadership Awards.
