The McCormick Group is pleased to have assisted in the placement of Rosemary Lahasky as Senior Director of Government Affairs for Cengage Group.
Rosemary has held a number of leadership positions in the federal executive branch and the US Congress, working closely with policymakers across both sides of the aisle to advance legislation and achieve success in the education and workforce sectors.
Through her work founding and managing the American Workforce Policy Advisory Board, Rosemary also has developed close relationships with employers and association leaders across the country and has a deep understanding of the need for equitable education that helps learners find employment and advance in their careers.
Rosemary will oversee the government affairs function at Cengage Group, working closely with the executive team and business unit leads to move forward initiatives with policymakers that support the company’s strategy, and ensure Cengage Group is a strong voice on key education topics.
