The McCormick Group has been retained by DLA Piper to assist in recruiting a Deputy Chief Human Resources Officer. Partnering with the firm’s Chief Human Resources Officer, the Deputy CHRO will direct the firm’s North American administrative human resources function and will co-lead strategic human resources planning to ensure that overall business goals and objectives are achieved.
The Deputy CHRO will provide strategic leadership to fellow colleagues and team members, COO, other chiefs, and firm leaders.
