The McCormick Group has been retained by Reed Smith LLP to assist in recruiting a Senior Director of Learning and Development. The Senior Director will oversee the global learning and development function and bring best practices to Reed Smith’s commitment to an industry-leading talent experience by designing and delivering an innovative learning strategy that supports attorney development at all levels.

Building off Reed Smith’s core values of Integrity, Excellence, Teamwork & Respect, Innovation, and Impact, this person will be tasked with developing an innovative and cutting-edge attorney learning and development program that will ensure that attorneys have the skills to enhance their performance and the knowledge and capabilities needed to grow their careers.
