The McCormick Group is pleased to have assisted in the placement of Stacy L. Ruble as Secretary and Chief Administrative Officer of the Postal Regulatory Commission.
Stacy L. Ruble is the former Director of Field Support Activity for U.S. Navy Headquarters, where he served as Comptroller for the Chief Naval Officer. His responsibilities included the development and execution of a $1.4B annual budget. Stacy also served in the U.S. Army for 25 years and retired as a Lieutenant Colonel. He was awarded numerous decorations, including the Bronze Star.
The Postal Regulatory Commission is an independent Federal agency that provides transparency and accountability of the U. S. Postal Service’s operations.
