Richard P. Bonnifield is a highly experienced energy regulation practitioner who works with major electric and gas utility companies on their strategic legal and regulatory needs, including rates, corporate structure, transactions, tariffs and reliability matters. Prior to returning to private practice, he served as VP of Legal Services for a large investor-owned electric and gas utility company, and also served as General Counsel to the Long Island Power Authority.
