The McCormick Group is conducting a search for a Senior Legal Recruiting Manager for an AmLaw 200 law firm. This person will be primarily focused on lateral associate recruiting, and will be responsible for matters such as branding support, creation of talent pipelines, candidate sourcing, and managing the candidate experience. In addition, the Senior Legal Recruiting Manager is expected to identify and recommend process improvement and ensure the firm’s DEI goals are considered in all recruiting efforts.
