The McCormick Group’s Jim Leary will be participating in the 13th Annual D.C. Legal Market Conference, to be held live in Washington, D.C. on Wednesday, January 25 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm EST.
The Conference, organized by Sandpiper Partners LLC, will address various aspects of the D.C. legal market, including the state of the legal market, in-person vs. remote working environment, real estate considerations, law firm-client relationships, and the recruiting and integration of legal talent. The faculty includes Managing Partners, In-House General Counsel, and globally recognized consultants.
Leary will be a panelist on a session relating to both talent and the new law firm working environment. As part of his presentation, he will reveal and analyze statistics outlining the growth of lateral hiring in 2022.
